Hearing Aid

These folks have been absolutely great to several older adults in my life. I am absolutely thrilled to have a hearing center which is so caring and kind.

Just arrived from Ohio and passing through the town and my husband had a problem with the tube on his hearing aid. They were very polite and fixed his hearing aid right away even though it's close to closing time at no charge. I would highly recommend them. Great service

Friendly and good service! I went in for the free hearing test and expected the stores said person to try to get me into purchasing a set of heating aids, but to the credit of the employee, following the test of was found that my hearing was not in need of any help, and they simply told me to recheck in a year!

I HAVE BEEN THERE WITH A DIFFERENT LADY IN YEAR 2009 & NOW THERE ARE 3 NEW PEOPLE THERE TO FIX THE HEAR AID & MAKE APT FOR PERSON TO SEE GUY OR A LADY TO CHECK WITH HEAR AID !

I have dropped by the office on several occasions to purchase hearing aid batteries and on occasion have had my hearing aid cleaned and adjusted better to suit me. The office staff has always been friendly and very helpful and they have great tasting snacks on the reception desk top. The cleaning and adjustments on my hearing aids has been great and again the office personnel has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks for being there Hearing Aid Institute you have made my wearing hearing aids very pleasant and easy to receive help and assistance. Thanks again, Fred Beyer I stopped by the office this week and needed to purchase some batteries and the office staff was very pleasant and helpful.
