I highly recommend this whole Ear Nose & Throat practice. My first experience with them was for allergies that are now much improved. Dr. Rachel Cain did my initial exam for hearing loss and is the absolute BEST. The audiologist, Janae, is fabulous - very knowledgeable, gentle and patient. My hearing aids are great and the care and follow up have been equally wonderful.

Nathan and his staff are wonderful. I met them first while delivering pizza to them from my workplace. Nathan immediately welcomed my inquiries about the potential of having hearing aids. Then he took the necessary steps toward helping me to obtain them. I will be forever in his debt!

All my life has been filled with the phrase " I'm sorry" because I did not hear you. All my school years from childhood to adult educational training would be sitting on the front row trying to hear the instructors. I would have to read everything, because i could not always make out what was said. I felt robbed of hearing my children as they grew up. I do not know how to read lips; but became really good at gauging reactions. Somebody laughed...I laughed...you frowned, I frowned, etc. I was born deaf in my right ear and limited hearing in my left ear. I had tried different types of hearing devices most of my adult life. Some of them amplified my problem. I could list pages of what hearing loss does to your self confidence how rude people can be. I will not do that, but I will tell you my solution to my problem. Livingston hearing aids offered a free hearing test. I went to this test with my usual skepticism. This is when I met Dr. Nicole Denney. After testing me, she explained in detail what she could do to help me. The product she recommended the Phonak AudioB50 worked really well. I had hearing clarity never experienced before. But, the real treat for me was her excitement in being able to help me achieve something I had been denied most of my life. Dr Denney open the doors to my confidence, self assurance no longer faked. The doctor continues to be of great help to me with any questions I may have. Now I am the one who says "turn that down a little". All of these things are things I can say and I could add so many more wonderful things about my experiences with Livingston, Dr. Denney, and being able to finally hear! Thank you....... Jerry Blair
