Such a wonderful place. Dr. Gallegos was extraordinary. Not only was my 5 year old treated with respect and kindness but she made sure to let me know exactly what was going on the entire time. Very pleased and we will only be going here in the future!

I’ve been a very happy customer at Worth Hearing for several years and through two pairs of hearing aids now. I never cease to be impressed by and grateful for Worth’s professionalism, caring, and willingness to go the extra mile. Simply the BEST!

All went well on 1st visit for exam. 2nd visit went well for fitting of new hearing aids although the secretary had no record of my having been there or of my 2nd apt. On the 3rd visit for follow up the secretary said I couldn’t be a pt. of ‘hers’ as though she was the audiologist. She had difficulty focusing and claimed there was no no record of my having ever been there. The audiologist saw me but there was no actual follow up. He didn’t do anything other than listen to me express an interest in purchasing an accessory. He said they would order it and call when it arrived, in no more than a few days, he said. Never got that call. It has been over a year now. The impression I’m left with is that once he had made the big sale (the hearing aids), he was done with me. I do not recommend this business.

Michael was nice to work with. Needs a soundproof area for testing as keyboard clacking interfered somewhat.
