Hearing Aid

James is the best! He and his wife Lavonne own and operate Foothills Hearing Centre, they are among the most patient and caring people I have met. James is a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Lavonne has an education degree. I think this mix gives them an amazing amount of understanding and patience. Compared to other clinics I found their pricing and follow up service to be outstanding. They are available when required and don't book unnecessary appointments just to bring you in. If you want to hear better, don't want to be upsold for more than you need and want to deal with an owner (bare in mind owners don't move from clinic to clinic like employees do) this is the place for you! Highly recommend They are reopen now having had a total loss to their business in the flood and I should note that on request they do house calls to High River and Southern Alberta having patients as far away as Cardston.

Excellent support and service, fair pricing and a primary focus on meeting customer hearing needs make this a great place to buy hearing aids! Kudos to Luke Lee for meeting my hearing needs so well.

Danielle Pollard is an amazing Registered Hearing Aid Practioner, she has been serving me for 7 years. My name is Craig Jones and on December 1st 2011 , I was a bakery manager for Canada Safeway and fell off an 8 foot ladder and had a very serious tramatic brain injury by smashing my head on concreat . My left ear was affected a great deal with hearing damage . Danielle has been aware of everything regarding my hearing challanges and helped with adjustments and keeping my hearing aid working and doing its job to help me hear in a very noicey bakery . Danielle is very compassionate and caring person and works extreamly hard to serve her patients. She first treated me in the downtown office and moved to the office in Sherwood Park . I followed her there because she is the only one I want treating me.

My mother was a patient/customer and she had a very pleasent experience. The staff is so friendly, nice and helpful. I myself had a hearing test done w/Sandra Folly and I loved every minuet of it. When and if we go back to El Paso we will drop by for another visit !!! 😀

Best hearing place in Alberta! The owner operator of the clinic is the most caring considerate empathetic fellow I've met in a very long time. My wife lost her hearing suddenly from a vehicle incident. He loaned my wife hearing aids for her to try out before we purchased them. What business ever does that now a days? These folks are top shelf! Can't say enough good about them.

Liz used her lunch hour to make a courtesy appointment with my sister that is visiting from out of state and doesn’t like her hearing aids. Who does that this day and age..?? She cleaned, adjusted, and gave her some great advice. I am so impressed!

I recently purchased a hearing aid from Livingston Hearing Aid Center. Ailyn Hanke administered the testing and has assisted me in my follow up sessions. Ms. Hanke is very knowledgeable, professional and always courteous. She explains all procedures with easy to understand instructions. Ms. Hanke also patiently answers questions about my concerns.

Brief, convenient, reasonably priced, wonderful staff and doctor.
