Great staff! They helped me out, no doubt.

The staff at Martinelli is second to none in the industry. They're easy to work with, very accommodating, friendly and professional. Their mobile equipment is top-of-the-line and having an audiologist onsite is great when employees have questions about hearing problems, types of hearing aids and to explain what type of help is available. If you're in need of OSHA/MSHA hearing tests or just have general questions about hearing conservation plans, I highly recommend these folks!

I have known the owner (Bob Kuenzig) for as much time and his product expertise and service orientation is unmatched . Bob and his staff are the best practitioners in Pittsburgh. His long standing client relationships are a testimony to his professional excellence and he stands in high regard with his his clients, friends and family.

Very pleasant to deal with. No pressure to buy and offered the option of getting my old ones repaired. Ordered new ones. Price was much more reasonable then last ones.

Amazing ENT doctors/surgeons. Wonderful staff and great bedside manner. 10/10 WOULD recommend.

My mother, who is 72, made an appointment with this guy for 1:30 today. We got there a minute or two early, (like most ppl do with appts) and the door was locked with an "out to lunch" sign on the door! She said she'd wait, I said that was nonsense, let's go. Unprofessional. I call him up at 1:30 precisely (thank you cell phone time stamps) and tell him what's up. He says he's on his way, a few minutes. I tell him forget it, 1:30 means 1:30, he's the one that made the appt, so we left. A few minutes later he calls me back, asking if I left, I said yes; it's idiotic making an appt for someone & not being there. He said if we didn't turn our car around RIGHT NOW, he was going to bill my mother $75 dollars ANYWAY. I said good luck, cellphone timestamps will prove otherwise, and now I was glad we left, cause his attitude stinks. After some name-calling, he insisted that his office was the only one in the area & good luck with my mother getting a hearing aid. I plan on buying a ticket to Zimbabwe so she can get one; maybe I should send him the bill for the plane ticket?

Dr. Webb is FANTASTIC! Wonderful with kids and adults alike. If you need an audiologist, help with hearing aids or issues with balance, definitely check him out in either of his offices - Upper Sandusky or Findlay

I just talked to Ann from the institute, She was lovely to talk to and very helpful. My mother is in her 70s and hearing loss is new to us all. Thank you Ann for being a wonderful problem solver. We truly appreciate your kindness and support.
