In the summer of 2015, we had two front door entrances. Some people didn't realize that and came to the wrong door thereby "missing their appointments". This only happened a few times and we reached out to each person we discovered that this happened to. We have always been open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in SLC for 25 years. We have always been the most flexible hearing aid company in Utah for allowing people to walk in and get service on the spot. We always will be and are sorry for the few times that happened to our valued customers. We pride ourselves on our on site manufacturing that allows us to repair so many customers hearing aids right on the spot while they wait compared to traditional hearing aid companies that have to take them and send them back east for 2-5 weeks to get them repaired. Plus our service fees are 1/3 the cost of any one in Utah. We are also the only company in the world who gives our customers one full year to make sure they have the hearing aids they are comfortable with. Compare this to most competitors who only give their customers 30 days to verify they have the right hearing aids. We are here to help our fellow Utahn's hear better, no matter what it takes and give the best values every time.

This is the best place in Utah for hearing. I got ripped at house of hearing, and came here after trying others who all wanted to sell me new aids. Darn was more knowledgeable and was more concerned about me and not my money. After a year of returning my phonak aids many times for repairs due to incorrect fittings, he was able to contact the manufacturer get my warranty extended and fixed my current aids. Nothing short of amazing. You don't see companies like this anymore.

My son has had a lot of hearing tests and has been seen by many different hearing aid specialists. But none have been as kind to him as Timpanogos Hearing and Balance. They do not get frustrated with him when trying to communicate to him without his hearing aids. He’s had some doctors that have been so unkind. It really stands out the level of professionalism and care that they give to their patients. I’m also very impressed with the level of knowledge they have about most any questions we have regarding the proper care of his ears. It is so helpful and never comes across as us feeling foolish for not knowing. They are easy to work with when needing an appointment and when we’ve been in a bind about needing a new ear mold. I feel that we can communicate openly with them regarding financial issues when needing to order new molds, and the staff is very kind and helpful in helping us to meet our needs with what we can afford. I’m very grateful we found them and I recommend them very highly to anyone!

All the doctors are very professional, charismatic and are very easy to feel comfortable with. They provide awesome hearing care and sell great hearing products. I also have a few close friends that work here and they all love it, so if you are ever considering a position here, it's an amazing place to work!

I love House of Hearing! I was referred here and have never regretted my decision to give them a try. I felt warm and invited right at the start. Liz took the time to evaluate my hearing and which hearing aids would be best for my situation. It was like stepping into a new world when I first put in the aids because I could suddenly hear things that I never knew existed. With each followup visit they listen to my questions and concerns and address them to my full satisfaction. I would highly recommend House of Hearing and especially Liz Hankins in the Draper office! She changed my life!

Like all COSTCO products and services the hearing center rises above the rest. Better testing than I got from my private audiologist . One third the price. Warranties unnumbered. I worked with Shay, but the staff are all friendly. If you don't go here for your hearing services you'll kick yourself later.

Costco is the only place I will ever buy hearing aids ,service is top notch and very friendly. Mark is a top notch guy and treats you like family. You cannot get better service anywhere else . Best prices in town ,and you cannot beat the friendly service anywhere.
