Got my new hearing aids and there working great so far.

Bought my hearing aids a little over a year ago. Dr Dean is great, took time to listen to my concerns and I feel I got the best hearing aids I could afford with her help. Wish I could say I could say the same about the receptionist. The receptionist who was there when I received the hearing aids was great. I went back to the office to get some wax traps and replacement domes. There was a "new" receptionist. I told her what I wanted, she was dismissive, barley looked up at me and told me to contact TruHearing for that "stuff". From her attitude & tone I got the feeling I was "intruding" on her day. This woman does NOT know what customer service is. I like the doctor but will think twice about going back if that same receptionist is there. I hate paying money to be poorly treated.

Sent them a message on computer and they never got back to me. Second time in 6 months this has happened. Don't care about customer service, wouldn't recommend them.

I have been struggling with hearing doctors and hearing centers all my life, and this is probably the best, most professional, nicest environment, Jason is a great guy, he helped me fix my hearing aids that have been messed up due to another Doctor in Florida. His assistant is lovely and kind, and very helpful, and so was Jason, definitely a great place!

I drive by Fargher Lake Hearing on the way to a friend's house. I saw the first feed back below, and gave him a call. Bryan knows what he's doing, not only did he get my old hearing aid up and going, he tested my hearing, recommended I go get a more extensive test, then come back. He didn't charge a dime. I came back. This guy is fun to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, recommended a hearing aid in our price range, I only need one, one ear is too deaf to hear, but I was shocked to have him tell me I wasn't completely deaf in that ear! So surprised. He then made the mold for my ear, got it coming, then loaned me a hearing aid for two weeks to try. Still never asked for a cent. I loved what I could hear with the test model. Birds! People talking, the TV, I haven't had to ask someone to repeat something for a month. The model I ordered from him is a Hansaton (made in Germany) Jam RS 13. This is my third hearing aid, I'm 63 years old. Been pretty deaf since age 11. I'm thrilled with my aid! The price was astounding, far better than on line places and big name hearing companies. The price was so good I ordered an extra mold in purple, got batteries too, and stayed within our budget. You can't get a better deal, believe me, I've done my homework! Thank you Bryan!

Great place to get a hearing test and hearing aids if you need them

Mr. Crofut was excellent. He is patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. The iPhone hearing aids he fit for my husband are amazing. Best prices anywhere as well. The whole experience was much better than we thought it would be. We highly recommend him!
