Hearing Aid

I had to take my 13 year old here for a hearing test and she had a wonderful experience. Dr. Ron Scheurer was very thorough and helped her understand what he was doing while testing and gave her a complete run down of the results. His office staff was also very helpful in every way. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing testing or hearing aids.

Took mom in to try hearing aid again. Two frustrating failures previously. ( not with My Hearing Centers) Instant rapport with Jason. His knowledge and ability to give clear explanations is excellent. Good experience and so happy with results.

Dr. Harjes and his staff are so kind and helpful. I needed an appointment really quick due to school and they worked with me. Dr. Harjes was so prompt with my results that my ENT called me two days later. His demeanor and attitude are appreciated. It also helps that he has two locations!

I have suffered from Meniere's Disease for over 17 years now. One of the symptoms is hearing loss. I had decided to finally do something about it. I am so glad that I found Audiology Clinic and my audiologist Jim Pertusich! He gave me hope in hearing well again when I didn't think there was anything I could do. I no longer feel left out from conversations with my family or have to strain to hear clients at my job. The whole experience from the warm greeting at the front desk , hearing test and hearing aid fitting process has been a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend this Clinic. My only regret is not doing something about my hearing loss sooner! Thank you Jim and everyone at Audiology Clinic!

All the staff are amazing. Dr's obviously really "know their stuff", which isn't always the case! They are so caring and compassionate and take as much time as needed to be sure their patients are not only educated on hearing aid care but can preform the required care - an area my elderly mother had difficulty with. We highly recommend them!

This is really about my mother's experience. She had been through 3 different sets of hearing aids. Never got any satisfaction. We got an appointment with Amanda Richardson at Avada. Incredible service and really worked with her. She even contacted manufacturers of 2sets of hearing aids and at no cost to her got them functioning. Yet, my mother still had very poor hearing even though they had new ear molds etc. She informed my mom of a different type that worked with how the brain hears. They were no charge to her unless they would benefit her. She could try them for 2months. They were fantastic from the beginning. My mom started to hear things she hadn't heard for years. Amanda worked very hard with real concern. She fit them so they don't hurt her ears as others did etc. I would never trust another hearing company. I tell everyone about Avada and the outstanding service Amanda gave. She went way beyond expectations and was really interested in my mother's needs. Others just sold her another pair and gave horrible support to any issues she had.

Good place for hearing exams and cheap reconditioned hearing aids. No paperwork or exam results. PG

I am very disturbed with the Miracle Ear company located at Parkway Drive in Vancouver, Washington, for not living up to their: "Risk free offer"-Which is that "The aids must be returned within 30 days of delivery if not completely satisfied and 100% of the purchase price will be refunded" When I returned the aids I had purchase for nearly $7,000.00 the store manager Susan Sims refused to negotiate my claim even though I had completely lived up to my part of the transaction. Until this claim is filed with the company headquarters and I received the money they owe me I will continue to press the issue. The biggest mistake they make is that I will back down. never!!

Todd Williams is extremely competent, and passionate about his patients' hearing. He takes the time to listen, and to help them with the process leading to improved auditory intake and understanding. I highly recommend Todd Williams and Accurate Hearing Centers.
