Just top-notch experience. Staff was friendly, appointment right on time. Most thorough hearing test of many I've had. Shelly did a great job explaining results and options. Oh, and I got state-of-the-art aids for HALF of what other offices were quoting! Great return and warranty policies are the icing on the cake.

I can’t begin to express how helpful the staff were at Connect Hearing when I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I was away from home and had one aid fail, which for me is very serious and stressful. I contacted them, they made room to see me right away and corrected the problem I had and were incredibly helpful, generous and informative. I very highly recommend this business!

The physical therapy and balance exercise regimen that I received from Lourdes Herrera MSPT was right on the money. I can now ride my bike on the sidewalk from Oak Park all the way into / out of downtown Camas with confidence and relative agility. I can't wait to start kayaking again this summer. I took my 92yr old dad , who was having issues with his expensive hearing aids he had bought back in Ontario. He was anxious to go as his experiences with a hearing aid company in Ontario was less than favourable. We where greeted by Tannis who was super friendly and patient. I recently called Sunshine Coast Hearing to get assistance for an elderly gentleman at Christensons Village. Although he was not a client of theirs, the woman on the phone was ever so helpful and got Joe up and running with his hearing aids by giving us a few simple tips over the phone.
