Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a problem while visiting friends in PD. Kathy took care of me even though I didn't have an appointment and she was pretty busy. All of the patients seemed to really enjoy the office and were telling me about how nice and knowledgeable the staff is. I would highly recommend Vasquez Hearing to anyone!

Very kind and polite receptionist. My doctor was 10 min behind the schedule and she was so apologetic and gave me a small coffee gift card. Actual appointment went very smooth as well, she explained well and took time to listen and discuss my concern.

Hi Mandy, I just want to drop you a note to express how grateful I am that you talked me into purchasing the latest generation of hearing aids. I first thought it was not necessary but my wife convinced me to go forward....What a difference both in direct hearing as well as within noisy venues. I had the last hearing aids for five years...5 years to long as far as I am concerned. I would also commend your office in the after purchase customer care. As a company you are in thew business of selling your productr but what sets one company from another is the ongoing customer care and your asssociates are incredibly helpful and have taken "immediate" care of any problems or adjustments as necessitated, which I am very thankful for. I will definetly recommend your services to any friends that might in conversation say "what is that you said?" or "can you speak a little louder" as a frustrated me USED to do . My new Oticon hearing aids are amazing, the sound quality is superb. Now, I am not asking everybody to repeat what they have said to understand them; and when I answer the phone I know who I am speaking with. These are a vast improvement over my last set. Thanks, Ken

Dr. Novall made my hearing test non-stressful and post-test evaluation comfortable. I had been dreading it and postponing because I didn't want to know as my family has been suspecting for a while now. It turns out that my loss is very small. I am not "normal," but close enough not to require an aid at this time. When I do, I will return to Dr. Novall because he made the experience less daunting than I feared it would be.
