Hearing Aid

Not recommended. I have visited this company in Pampa, TX to get my hearing aids check and configured about 5 months ago. They didn't have the software to do it and had to order it. so far, to date (6 months) and after several calls to see if they had the software yet, they won't return my call. I even called their Amarillo office and no one seems to know whats going on or even care about helping you. After calling the manufacture of my hearing aids and explaining the issue I was having with Livingston they provided an alternative. They suggested I go to Ormson in Amarillo.

Love how they take the time to get to know you and fully understand your needs. Really appreciated their patience in answering all my questions and their tireless effort to find a cost effective solution that fit my budget without sacrificing the technology my hearing loss needed!!!!

The staff here really cares about their patients and are willing to go the extra mile to explain every step of the hearing test and fitting process. I would recommend to anyone who needs hearing aids or has a family member that is in need.
