My bad, they we're just after the money and did a horrible job. Sold me hearing aides that have been repair several times and sent out for full repair 2times. Then he sells his office and they are stuck.. He has a location in Longview. DO NOT GO TO SEE HIM. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. HE IS A MAJOR TIP OFF. DANGER. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM. Reallyfolks totally understood what I needed. The owner has hearing aids so he really understands. Not just trying to sell you anything . they also have several brands so they can pick the best for you. If you have hearing issues, this is a must

My mother recently moved in with me from Montana. Audiology Center NW was so wonderful to deal with. Not only did they calm her nerves during her intake and hearing test, they also took the time to explain all of the options available to her through Medicare and Medicaid and helped us to select the best hearing aids for her hearing loss and to navigate the complicated insurance system. Thank you so much! We are excited to see the improvement in her quality of life with hearing aids that work, a phone that displays text of her phone calls and accessories so she can hear on the phone and hear the TV!

You need an appointment and they do not fix hearing aids. Rude staff on site.

I have been using Able Hearing for over 10 years now. They are fantastic. They are very professional, very caring and helpful. They let you know of advances in hearing aids and listening devices. They however do not pressure you to buy, they do not suggest you purchase something that is unnecessary or would not meet your hearing needs. They are aware of how expensive hearing devices are and are willing to help you make the best choices for your hearing and your budget. Once when I had a broken foot and could not get into the office to have the maintenance done on my hearing aid they came to me and did not charge me for the time or the visit. If I could give them more stars I would.
