Abbye at the West Hills office of Hearing Rehab Center did an incredible job for me. I am 62 years old and my hearing was REALLY deteriorating. I had previously tried to help my situation with 4 other devices and was unsuccessful. Abbye was SO patient, calm and helpful. She helped me find the LATEST TECHNOLOGY which had just been release and IT WORKED for me. I am so fortunate to have connected with HRC and Abbye. These new technology devices are life changing and cannot be found at just any hearing device office. I always like to make sure I am getting a fair price. After doing some research, I found HRC to be very competitive. It is easy to give a 5 STAR RATING to HRC and Abbye.

I received my first hearing aids two days before I went to BC from Ontario. Within a couple days I was having trouble with my new aids and I dropped into this location for help. I was not a client nor would I likely ever be, however I was treated as though I was. I received immediate, pleasant and accurate help and I was on my way within a short time. The owner, Shannon, came out the car and got my husband's hearing aids, serviced them and brought them back to the car so that my husband didnt have to chance a fall on an icy sidewalk. Now that is costumer service! Thank You.

I've been having my hearing test @Avada for the last several years. Betty is the utmost professional and just bubbly all the time. Betty schedules the appointments and reminds us of our upcoming appointment. Bob is kind and very informative. When Bob is Done testing, he provides me details and results pertaining to the hearing test. I posted a few pics of the location and I'm grateful to the great people that work @ Avada. Give them a jingle or stop in and schedule your appointment for a free hearing test.

I have been looked after by Susan and her staff for 5 years now. If your looking to solve your hearing problems you really do need to have someone who will be there for the long term. They are still giving me excellent service and solving my issues to this day,
