Hearing Aid

I just got my first pair of hearing aids just last week. I was apprehensive, as just about everyone I knew that had them either didn't wear them, or complained about them. They should have gone to Miracle Ear in Cedar Hill. I can't imagine someone not loving them if they are programmed correctly and fitted correctly. From the minute you arrive, Jessica is so friendly and outgoing, which sets the tone for the rest of your appointment. The audiologist, Paul, tested my hearing and explained everything to me about my hearing loss. He then made recommendations on what he thought would be best for me. He programmed them perfectly the first time. I was astounded at the sounds I was hearing. I knew immediately that I wasn't leaving there without ordering my first pair. I love the rechargeable ability so you don't have to worry about batteries. All in all, it was a totally positive experience, and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of hearing aids.

Nathan is very thorough. His attention to my auditory needs made me feel like he truly cared to find a way to improve my hearing. Laura was extremely knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and helped make my visit a successful experience.

I took my sons broken hearing aide in without an appointment hoping they would help us get it fixed quickly. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and the doctor took care of me immediately and best of all they were just happy to help and didn’t charge me a dime! I’m extremely thankful for helping me out so my son can hear properly again! Thank you Carson Hearing Care!!
