Unbelievable service and concerns from all these people. Although I have only dealt Jerry at the Lindale location. And talked with the people in Longview since October 2017. They are the best at what they do. That is making sure that when you leave with the hearing device(s)of your choice.,they will work especially made for your need. Not some device that just amplifies all sound. And I do mean ALL noise. But, one fine tuned to help in your hearing loss area(s). I have gone through 3 other hearing aid companies and these people have just been wonderful for me in the last few mounts, and I don't see them changing anytime soon. I can now hear the birds and insects outside that I have not heard in years. Try these people and work with them through your hearing loss problems and I do not believe you will be dissatisfied. This guy is a easy going non pushy and knows a lot about hearing aids. I didn’t buy from him as my hearing aids are only a few months old purchased in Houston but I wish I would have. He fixed and explained how to use and connect my hearing aids to my phone programmed them better than I have heard in along time.

The ladies at this office are very nice and helpful . It was a pleasant experience.

I went to miracle ear first and I liked there professionalism . I wanted to go to Costco and save money. We thought about it and decided we are going with professionals that deal only in hearing aids and do a lot of follow-up care and maintenance on the hearing aid we think that's going to be important to us in the future.
