Some months ago after dealing with another local company I connected with Craig Carman at NexGen hearing in Duncan. I did not feel that I was getting the professional attention I wanted from his competitor in the same community. I was so impressed with Craig's approach and commitment to his work, I was sorry I didn't complete my initial purchase with him. The fact that I had purchased one hearing aid elsewhere did not deter Craig from addressing my need, which was at that point a cross hearing aid. He ordered one in for a trial and at the same time paired my original hearing aid to the cross. The hearing aid previously purchased elsewhere was not properly fitted and he, at no cost to me ordered a mould for that hearing aid. I have had no followup from the other company for many months, but Craig has seen me regularly to ensure that not only are both aids a proper fit but that they are both properly adjusted to my needs. Trish, Craig's support staff is always helpful and congenial. These two make a very professional team! I can say without reservation that Craig has provided the best service and the greatest committment to helping me. He is straight up and honest. He is a man wth integrity. NexGen is lucky to have him.

My husband and I have been with been with Connect Hearing for 11 years now and are very happy to to have such great service. The staff who have worked with us are very polite and go out of their way to help. I am very proud to say " I go to Connect Hearing ".

I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter at this location. Actually, my childs' doctor set it up. When the office called me to confirm, the lady asked why the doctor called followed with she assumed that I couldn't speak English or something. I took offense, but chose to laugh it off. Truth is, my daughter can't hear and her school is waiting from audiology before they will help here. Nonetheless, the comment wasn't professional or necessary. My next incident, 4 day before the appointment, the same lady called to cancel the appointment because the audiologist will not be there. Obviously, I'm upset. I need help for my daughter and the school is insisting on something from an audiologist. She said they will call me the following week to reschedule. I never received a phone call. Here it is 2 weeks later and nothing,, so I called. The same lady tells me that my childs doctor needs to call and reschedule with a different office. This place clearly has issues and I do not recommend them at all.

This man has changed my husbands life by showing him what is it like to hear again. To see the look on my husbands face when he hears things he has not ever hear, it is breathtaking. Thank you so much Dr Scott Johnson.

I took my Dad there to talk about his hearing test and possibly get hearing aids. The front office girl was welcoming & friendly. Roger took us back & was awesome! We learned so much about our ears and the way the hearing aids work, it was very informative & interesting. My Dad purchased a set of the rechargeable ones and he can hear now! Positive experience!
