I wanted to share my truly remarkable experience at Port Credit Audiology & Hearing Aid Clinic. I am grateful to Dario for taking the time to explain the process, the type of hearing loss and address the options available. I had been in denial of my hearing loss for 8 years and convinced myself nothing would help and that I’m way too young. Wearing hearing aids has been one of the greatest decisions of my life. As a result of my positive experience, I am not only a hearing aid user but also an advocate for encouraging family and friends not to miss conversations and life by waiting. When I take my hearing aid out, I am in a completely different world and am reminded how they have changed my life in ways I never thought possible. If you are looking for a first class professional, look no further. Thanks, Tina

Astronomical pricing. Complete rip off for my aging Father. I would highly recommend all individuals for need hearing aids to shop around. Not happy with the service or pricing. It was almost like an assembly line. More needs to be done to stop the inflation.

After being diagnosed with hearing loss and being prescribed hearing aids I was looking for a closer hearing centre to my home to start my new hearing journey with. After doing research and talking around I came into possession of brand name, currently supported, second hand hearing hearings and asked if Hearing Solutions could reprogram them for my needs. After a short conversation about the specifics on the phone they confirmed that they could, quoted me a price after talking to someone while I was on hold, and made an appointment for me. On arrival for my appointment no one had any recollection of my call or conversation and I was told that in no way would any Audiologist reprogram used hearing aids because it was "unethical" and that if I had difficulty affording a new pair they could provide me with financing options within my means. When I asked how my request could possibly be "unethical" especially considering I was told it was fine on the phone. In response I was shamed for even making the request, told that they could lose their license for what I was suggesting and was treated as though I was lying about what I had been told on the phone. One trip back to my original clinic that was slightly less conveniently close to home and I was told they could absolutely help me and that they could clean and reassign the serial registration to me with the manufacturer so the warranty would be in my name. I don't know what's in the water at hearing solutions but it's nothing good and I wouldn't trust them with my dry cleaning let alone my hearing health.

Complete rip off for my aging Father. It does not cost upwards of $4K for a set of hearing aids. The inflation on this is unbelievable. There are almost as many of these shops as there are McDonalds here in Mississauga!! Clearly its a rip off ;) What I do care about is ETHICS. I made a few more calls and had meetings and we got the exact same thing for a MUCH better price(half off and some). I beg you all to shop around. They have hanged from "Listen Up" due to regulations that were put in place from the Government making sure all locations had a Hearing Technologist present as prior they had 10 locations and one tech would manage all. Please stay far, far away from these money hungry people.

Tara and Kelly are wonderful individuals. They are professional, knowledgeable, sincere and very friendly. I'm so happy that I found them. I've had other providers and locations for my hearing deficit but Tara and Kelly at Connect Hearing are undoubtedly the very best audiology experts I have ever experienced. They are truly interested in you and your hearing and go over and above to make your hearing situation the best it can be. John Daniels, Glanbrook Ontario
