Hearing Aid

I was first diagnosed with hearing loss 30 years ago and thus have experience with a few different hearing specialists. I can say without reservation that Venus Ighani, her Clearsound and her very nice staff person provide peerless service. She possesses the kind of empathy, knowledge, intuitiveness and careful attention to best-bang-for-the-buck hearing aid selection that I'm sure every patient in need of auditory devices for their hearing loss hopes to find.

Spoke with a rep - she tried to tell me it was regulated. It is NOT regulated. Pricing can be anything the company wants it to be. Hearing aids cost anywhere between $100-800 MAX (manufacturers). The companies, such as this one rack up the prices. I think it is ridiculous and corporate greed needs to end now.

Awesome customer service!!! I went for a checkup on a very nice location, was received and look after on time by Rose. Then Tina Le, the clinician, thoroughly explained the stages and purposes of the tests, showed me after the types and costs of hearing aids. Highly recommend this location. R. Hearing Fitness is the best hearing clinic so far. Very professional and knowledgeable specialist and staff. Sultan Yaver is a very experierienced person and always takes time to listen to his client's concerns. Always willing to help in any way he can. They truly take the time to help, solve problems, and answer any question a client may have. I advise everyone to visit the clinic for a free hearing test with a great service and an amazing experience.

Very professional and more affordable, the best price we found out of 4 quotations. The easy to understand invoicing is much clearer and detailed than a few other hearing aid facilities my gf visited prior. I have tried this product briefly myself and I am overwhelmed by the features and quality of the Zerena 9 with Bluetooth. If you are in the confusing, hidden fees, complex market for a hearing aid device then save some time and look no further. I highly recommend.

Complete rip off for my aging Father. It does not cost upwards of $4K for a set of hearing aids. The inflation on this is unbelievable. There are almost as many of these shops as there are McDonalds here in Mississauga!! Clearly its a rip off ;) What I do care about is ETHICS. I made a few more calls and had meetings and we got the exact same thing for a MUCH better price(half off and some). I beg you all to shop around. They have hanged from "Listen Up" due to regulations that were put in place from the Government making sure all locations had a Hearing Technologist present as prior they had 10 locations and one tech would manage all. Please stay far, far away from these money hungry people.

Every time I’ve been here for Dr.Zhang I am on time for my appointment. I always end up wasting OVER an hour in the waiting room then another half an hour in the room waiting on her. If you have to book an appointment here make sure you give yourself a good 2 and a half hours in your schedule. But i wouldn’t recommend coming here. Unfortunate because the receptionists are lovely. But Dr.Zhang is rude, cuts you off when you are simply asking questions concerning your health and rushes you out after always being behind on appointments.. she truly doesn’t care about her patients. Do not see Dr.Zhang if you want to be successful

I felt at ease taking my father to Hearing Aid Central. I found the staff to be very knowledgable, understanding and polite. It's like they knew what we were going through and had multiple solutions to my father's specific needs. If you're wondering about your hearing health, I would recommend getting your hearing tested at this clinic.
