Hearing Aid

All of the doctors my mother and I have seen have provided wonderful, professional service and helped resolve any issues we have with our hearing aids. We are both very pleased with the level of care we get.

Catherine was very helpful. I had lost my hearing aids in a move. She contacted the supplier and I was able to obtain a new pair at very little expense. She was very helpful and precise in the adjustment of my new hearing aids.

I am new to the area and realized I needed hearing aids after many years of not admitting this. I wanted to be active in my new community and all the things going on. I heard of Zounds through a mailing and boy I’m happy I did. What great people, they explained things to me and worked with me until I could hear and understand much better. I am now not afraid to go to all sorts of activities, because now I can hear what is being said and I can enjoy talking with people again and not worry that I don’t understand what they are asking. Thank you Zounds Hearing....thank you!!

This is my second set of hearing aids from this location. Barb, the audiologist, is professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. I have 100% faith in her recommendations and suggestions. In fact, all of the staff here are the best. I would not go anywhere else for my hearing needs.

3 rd floor not the right place for elderly people

Had a very good experience at Personalized Hearing Care in their Westland location. Went in to get my ear impressions for In-Ear monitors as they were one of the recommended audiologists for JH Audio. Staff was very friendly. Kim Carnicom took the prefect Ear Impressions and my In Ear monitors based on the impressions turned out to be a perfect fit.

We live in Indiana, PA and my mother-in-law has Widex hearing aids. A couple years ago she had a small issue with one of them and there is not anywhere in Indiana that services the Widex brand so I completed some Internet research and found Allegheny Hearing Instruments. Dolores is absolutely fantastic and a true pro!! She is extremely thorough, patient, extremely knowledgeable in her field. How many times do you have an appointment with a medical professional, arrive on time only to wait 15, 30 or more minutes before being seen?? I don't think in all the times that we have on there that we have ever had to wait more than 1-2 minutes before being seen by Dolores. One of the other, big things, about Dolores is that she does not nickel and dime you for every single tiny service!! How rare is that today? I could go on and on and on but I think you get the gist of our review. If you need to have a hearing test or new hearing aids, do yourself a big favor, save yourself a lot of anger and frustration and make an appointment with Dolores's office. The ladies that run the office, Lynn and Kim, are also great to work with!
