The personnel at this office are AWESOME! I was treated with such kind professionalism and empathy. I have been to other clinics representing other companies. None have come close to meeting the high bar set by this "My Hearing Center" office.

After having five different hear aids sitting in my drawer from popular brand companies, I attended a Chocular seminar and was convinced that implants was the last resort for me. At North County Eye Center I was told that I was not a candidate for Chocular implant and was referred to Advanced Hearing Solutions, Dr. Jodi Wojcik. Thinking again that here I go again with another set of hearing aids for my collection. Well, I am now wearing the best hearing aids I ever had. I can now hear what my wife is saying the first time without asking her to repeat. I can bluetooth my cell phone and tv and have disconnect the tv ears that I have used for years. Many thanks to Advance Hear Solutions for helping me to enjoy joy "clear" hearing again.

Thank you for the perfect fit on my hearing aids! I must say that I almost was giving up but i remember you told me "I am going to make this aid your favorite aid" which i did not believe you at first simply because my ear does not have a easy cannal and hardly anyone can make a good aid for me. but you did stand to your word, These are my favorite aids now. Thank you!!!!!!!!!! For the rest of you that are reading this, search no more, this is it! From the minute you walk in, waiting period, service, care, and fairness of the price, all is excellent. This doctor would not give up untill you are totally happy. That alone shows how committed he is to provide "the best" for you.

I had a great short and informative visit to check my hearing and Kelly the Patient care Coordinator was very polite, helpful and professional. Doctor answered all my questions .They performed a quick hearing screening and it was free, because I scheduled the appointment for the specific day they offer. It was nice experience.

unprofessional, uncaring and always make mistakes. their cost is cheaper but with crapy service. They never explain and expose model numbers they sale. they could be charging whatever they like without telling what they are selling. The wait is too long, sometimes months. single mold takes months to get it done and finalize. sometimes they give misleading and wrong excuse to cover their inefficiency and lack to interest to work and help solve customer concern.

Dr Mendoza is the greatest ! The facility so modern exam so thorough. She's absolutely the best
