Hearing Aid

Always a pleasure to go here. Bought my hearing aids in So Cal but I still get wonderful treatment here. When needed, I will defiantly replace them here.

Greg's truly the best, 31 years of knowledge, passionate about helping his patients hear again. I was scared of getting hearing aids, especially after a poor experience I had with another company a few years ago. However, I knew it was way past time to do something about my hearing loss. Years struggling so hard to try to understand what was being said, always having to ask others to repeat themselves, missing out on so much. Greg was very patient, educating me on what hearing aids could & couldn't do for me. To alleviate my fears, he used my exam results, set up a hearing aid for me so I could experience what a properly programmed hearing aid could do for me. Instead of the sound being tinny or distorted (as my previous experience,) the sound was clear and realistic. With it, I could hear the sounds that I was missing the last few years and clearly understand what was being said, even at a soft volume. I am very grateful to Greg and now am looking forward to getting my new aids.

Sam is the technical wizard at the hearing aid center. I have brought numerous technical issues from myself and my 99 year old father. He has solved all of them. He and his assistant Dawn are a solid 5 star and I've been to other Costco centers. Go here!

Great place to get hearing aids. Their test is legit. The audiologists get no commission and you have 6 months to return aids with no restocking fee. Free cleaning anytime you are in Costco. Highly recommended.

It’s Costco whats not to like? Always have variety and items in stock. Employees have friendly & helpful attitudes.

My right hearing aid suddenly malfunctioned. I was afraid that I would have to replace it and/or buy a new set. I was pleased that it could be fixed. Many thanks to Franchesca Fiorini and staff~~very informative and professional. Thanks so much.
