Staff is wonderful, the quality of the Drs is excellent... Felt like they put the patient first!! Couldn't recommend them more strongly!!

I can hear again! Bob and Phonak have given me my hearing back. I did not know what I was missing until I had Bob test my hearing and give me Phonak hearing aids. I'm a new person. Bob takes his time with you, described all of the hearing deficits you have and then explains the hearing aids. He gives you options and allows you to choose what is right for you, then he backs it up. I love my hearing aids, easy to put in, batteries last a long time and I can hear so good. I recommend Bob's Hearing aids.

I have worn hearing aids for over thirty years. The pair of Unitron hearing aids that I recently bought has all the new bells and whistles. Phillip Zamora of Hear It All in Liberty Hill has done an amazing job of helping me to navigate all of these new features. Together, Phillip and I have programmed my hearing aids so that they fit my needs perfectly. Rings and conversation are streamed from my Android phone directly to my hearing aids. A TV connector allows TV audio to stream directly also,and allows volume changing and muting with the push of a button. The short drive from my home in Sun City, Georgetown is well worth taking to get great hearing aids at a great price, and the friendly personal service is unmatched. In 2005, I lost more than 50% of my high frequency hearing due to a an episode of Autoimmune Inner Ear Disease. Steroid injections through my ear drums by my ENT doctor stopped further loss, but could not recover it. I got my first over-the-ear instruments in 2007 from Cook Hearing after realizing my speech interpretation was so bad that I was becoming socially isolated. I wore the original set for 5 years, but the wind noise prohibited full-time use. In 2013 I upgraded to new in-the-ear technology with custom molded instruments. The technological improvements were quickly realized with better noise cancellation and I was more comfortable wearing them because they were hidden from view. I wore these instruments for the next 5 years until I began to notice my speech was not optimal and my ear canals were more frequently irritated with them in. This year 2018, I made the decision to be retested with a consultation for the opportunity to upgrade again to latest technology. Dr. Sperino listened to my concerns and provided a through examination. With her considered recommendation I purchased, new Signia Silk Nx instruments. These are lighter, smaller and ready-to-wear. With a phone application I can change programs for different environments and always control the volume. With two office visits for adjustments, I can report that I have the best quality hearing life in the past 13 years! Today I can work in a noisy environment, socialize in any setting and understand conversation without feeling anxious. I have regained the desire to listen to music with lyrical comprehension. I am fearless to meet new people and challenge myself to speak in public. I hear and understand sounds today I have not been able to for the past decade. I arrived at Connect Hearing - Burleson today at approximately 8:50 am for my 9 am appointment. I was greeted warmly and invitingly by Kathy Rubis, receptionist, immediately upon entering the office. Check-in went smooth and problem free. Lacee Jones, Hearing Care Professional, met me in the waiting room promptly at 9 am with a handshake and beautiful smile which lit up the room. Her warm and caring manner immediately put me at ease. Lacee led me to an office where I voiced the reason for my visit. Lacee listened intently and was 100% engaged in our conversation. Lacee explained her thoughts, and a few tweaks were made to my hearing aids. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism during my 20 minute visit. I have a follow-up appointment in 7 days. I look forward to being seen again at Connect Hearing - Burleson!!! They are A++++++ in my book! As a side note, I am truly puzzled by the previous review regarding Lacee. The customer care exhibited to me by Kathy and Lacee today (and 2 sets of patients who entered the office while I was bring checked out) is exactly what I expect: professionalism, courtesy, open communication, and efficiency. Businesses can take a page out of Connect Hearing - Burleson regarding their stellar performance and customer service!
