I purchased my first hearing aids in 2011 from Grant's Hearing based on recommendations by several people. I have been seen by Grant, Darrin and Cole. I have been totally pleased with the service I have received. I would recommend them highly.

Service is always friendly and timely. This business has considerate and helpful professionals who guided me through an audiology assessment and resolution to my hearing loss.

They sell a quality hearing aid at a reasonable price. But what makes Miracle Ear stand out is the quality of the staff, starting with the receptionist--Kathy Boyles-- and continuing with the professional staff--Angeline Medawar. The service goes well beyond the ordinary with both staff members wanting to be helpful in any way they can. They have gone above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience there.

Some 3+ years ago, having moved from Portland to Eugene, I needed warranty repair of my hearing aids. My devices were purchased elsewhere, so they haven't made one cent on me, yet they covered the costs and trouble of shipping my failed device back to the manufacturer for replacement, etc. Even managed to deal with a growling personality gracefully. They've more than earned my business and their fine reputation. In an industry where most are only willing to service your devices if they've sold them to you, these people were a welcome pleasant change.

Julie Lopez knows her stuff and has always been very pleasant in answering all my questions. The Miracle-Ear store in West Covina has given me excellent care.

I had my hearing aid for almost sixteen months, I had some issue of discomfort in my ears, not the devices.
