Highly recommend HearWell. The purpose for this visit would hopefully be the beginning of improving our dad's hearing loss. His hearing loss was categorized as moderate to severe. But we were given hope for his reemergence into conversation and healthy socialization, both face-to-face and on the telephone, which has been a useless endeavor for over year. We were warmly greeted and did not spend a lot of time with forms. We were introduced to Ariella Khosh, H.I.S., who gave us a list, and recommended an ENT for preliminary cleaning before further testing and fitting. We went to his primary doctor to get a referral to the ENT we selected. He performed a thorough cleaning, I called HearWell back hopefully to continue where we left off earlier that day. It was late in the afternoon. They welcomed us back. Ariella Khosh had left for the day. We were seen by Debra Miller, H.I.S. Even though it was late in the day, she gladly put her scheduled plans on hold to greet us and make us comfortable. Ms. Miller was highly professional. Without rushing, she made certain my Dad was comfortable. She explained each level of testing. She walked us through the different types of hearing aids and made recommendations for a new hearing device, while his hearing aids were cleaned. The overall service was over-the-top. Ms. Miller even took one of my Dad's devices and fixed it! If you're even thinking about getting tested and fitted for a hearing aid, this is your first stop. I had a free hearing test and consultation. Before, during, and after the exam everything was explained to me. They were very kind and professional. There was no pressure to buy and they also helped me understand insurance options. They really care about people and I strongly recommend them!

I got hearing aids at the Carlsbad location about a year ago. After my kitten managed to snag my left hearing aid off the counter with out me noticing, then delivered it to the dog, it ended up in more pieces than I could have imagined could come out of such a small device. I emailed Suzanne and she ordered a replacement right away. Walter got me all set up with the new one in no time at all and I have balanced hearing again. They provided me with all of the warranty and extended warranty options again. Service is fast and friendly, highly reccomended!!

Came here and really felt like we were taken care of from guiding us with directions to helping out my mom hear better!

After checking out other providers I selected Ear Tech and had a great experience in the selection, purchase, and ongoing service provided by Ear Tech. I learned that even after testing and fitting my ears continued to adapt to different environments, (Restaurants, movies,TV, meetings, etc.). Air Tec followed up with me, fine tuning until I had optimal results. This has been a life changing experience for me and my family. It seems important to tell you how much the personal approach of this office has eased my apprehension. From the greeting at the front desk, I felt welcome. The consultant's greeting and hand-shake let me know that I was in the care of a professional who was relaxed and ready to focus on my hearing issues. He quickly put me at ease and went right to work. I felt as if we were friends from the beginning. By the end of the session I experienced a significant sense of relief. It had become clear that I had received personal, caring, professional attention. I was confident that he had the experience, attitude, and expertise to restore my hearing and sense of well-being. I left knowing that my hearing problem had been fully addressed and that relief was on the way. My new hearing aids, without being obvious to others, can recognize and accommodate specific voices, such as my wife's, screen out peripheral and background noises, and at the same time eliminate that nagging sense of losing my cognitive ability to hear accurately and clearly. Ask for Manny. He was very helpful in getting the right settings for the new hearing aids we bought and an older pair of hearing aids we got from a different store. Apparently, the guy from the other hearing aid place where I bought the older pair did not and/or does not know one can turn up/down the volumes. Anyway, Manny was patient and responsive. You will be in good hands.
