We were visiting from out of town and needed a repair. Hearing in Motion was responsive and understanding and got us taken care of in under a day. Friendly, helpful, reasonable. If we lived here they would be the place of choice. Thank you so much!

Absolutely unprofessional and rude! Started yelling at his customers because we wanted proof of return!!! WILL NOT GO BACK!!! Don’t go he will just yell at you too if you ask questions. Ridiculous!!!

Exciting to meet a group with sincere concerns and desire to meet my expectations and needs. The folks here are extremely personable and genuinely care about your hearing loss. You can’t put a price on this. Will continue to work with Ben and Paula for any present and future hearing needs.

The visit with Mr. Davila was quite enjoyable it was the best hearing exam that i have ever had I would recommend Livington hearing aids to everyone.

We just had the absolute worst experience with the front desk staff. The assistant who made the appointment, was extremely helpful, however, there was apparently some miscommunication about fees and what the type of exam was called. Normally, not a huge issue, but Ms Hastings, who 'greeted' my mother when she brought my son in to be seen for the initial exam, was nothing short of rude, and talked down to both my mother and myself. The patrons who visit your office are already in a heightened state, worried something is wrong and that they or a family member are LOSING THEIR HEARING. A little compassion goes a very, very long way. Her cutting me off while I was trying to explain what I understood would be happening, twice, and her condescending tone, are something I simply was shocked to experience from someone in a customer service position. We will NEVER, go back to this audiologists office - and unfortunately, never even got to see the doctor because this woman, turned us off of the clinic so quickly.

My 88 year old Mother visited your center and said she was never treated so nicely. I believe she said the man’s last name was McGuire (?) and she said he was very kind and helpful! Thank you for taking care of my Mother!
