Hearing Aid

I could not be any happier each and every time I have an appointment at the Fresno office. The entire office staff treats me with high respect and answer any questions I could possibly have.

This is my first time use of the hearing aid, and the staff in this place are super super nice ! Thanks to you , Nick and Briee ( sorry if I spell it wrong) ! They take very good care of me, and Nick is very knowledgeable with the devices that I bought and he takes me gradually to it and paired it for me with my iPhone and taught me patiently of all the perks that are there! Absolutely wonderful! I totally recommend this place, especially for the first time user. Thank you again! Nick and Briee! THUMBS HIGH UP!

Adjusting to my new hearing aids was harder than I expected but thanks to the wonderful and extensive follow up service provided by Quality Hearing, my hearing aids were fine-tuned perfectly and I now have excellent hearing!

If you have insurance DO NOT GO THERE, I should have realized it when they did not ask to see my insurance cards, then they ask me to fill out a medical questioner which makes no difference since getting a hearing aid has nothing to do with. Then after showing me the most expensive one they had, getting me more excited THEN he gave me the cost(1,500.00 per ear) then I asked about what my insurance would pay then he explained how it works: 1. Go thru 3 fittings 2. YOU PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FIRST BEFORE THEY ORDER IT. 3. THEN AFTER YOUR AID ARRIVES THEY WILL BILL YOUR INSURANCE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT EVER AMOUNT YOUR INSURANCE AND you may get the amount sent to you or if the insurance sends the money they will contact you! What made me most mad was when I made my appointment they led me to believe my insurance would cover the cost... I would respect them more if they had explain all the above WHEN I made my appointment.. IF YOU HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY CASH AND ARE ABLE TO WAIT WHO KNOWS HOW LONG BEFORE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND FROM YOUR INSURANCE THEN HO THERE IF NOT STAY AWAY.....

I always take my 84 years old father here . They spend more than enaugh time on clients and take care of them to their satisfactins . I highly recommend this facility . The front desk lady is also very patient and helpful .
