Hearing Aid

Been a patient of Jim Lane for 15 years. Bought a set of digital CICs 13 years ago that I was very happy with over the years. Just upgraded in the past year to a new set of programmable CICs that are a major improvement over the previous pair. Love working with Jim because he listens to my feedback about my hearing aid programming to adjust the settings to deal with my more unique and rarer case of reverse slope hearing loss.

I had given the Dr. a lower rating in the past because I did not like the attitude that he had towards a patient before me. He seemed to be irritated because of her tardiness. He might of had a bad morning that day. After talking to him and letting him know of what I saw, He apologized to me and told me that he had apologized to the patient before me. So I change my rating because it takes a lot of integrity and shows character to admit that you have something wrong. I believe that from now on when you go there it will be a great experience. (I gave you 4 stars because I believe that there is always room for improvement.)

Thank You to the Krone Family for changing my life. I don't know why I waited so long to get a hearing aid because it made me instantly feel better about myself and gave me more confidence. People stopped yelling at me to quite down! lolol

Quality assessments, loving care for older patients, great products, amazing follow-up and problem solving skills. This staff goes the extra mile every time and without complaint. Really impressed with the quality of the hearing aids and the newer technology like the MyPal device! But even more impressed with the customer service which does not end with the purchase but continues until one has everything one needs! Highly recommend this business and staff.

Fantastic Costco branded hearing aids at super good prices. Service is the key to everything, and I had an outstanding tester, who then knew just the right adjustments and fitting. They do two week follow-up, and you can go in every 3 months for cleaning and adjustments.

I have just gotten another great report. Isaac is wonderful and he has always taken great care of me. I recommend them to everybody and I love my hearing aids you can't see them and they're the best you can buy.

I have been wearing hearing aids for most of my life. I have profound hearing loss so fitting hearing aids is a challenge for even the most skilled audiologist. Kelvin Kim was up to the challenge and has proven to be the most talented audiologist I have been to in my 40 years of wearing hearing aids.

Let me start by saying I have 70% hearing loss in one ear & 40% in the other. After my hearing test I started looking for hearing aids. There are many places to get hearing aids and I tried a few and wasn't happy. Then I found Nicole and Cindy at Miracle Ear in Placerville. Nicole was very helpful and Cindy the technician was great. Both of these ladies are professionals at what they do. I ended up buy in the ear hearing aids, they are very nice and top of the line. I have been back 2 times just for follow up adjustments and learning more about my hearing aids. I can't say enough about my very positive experience and how HAPPY I have been with the service from both Nicole and Cindy. Thank You Very Much. Don
