I want to say to anyone out there that needs any hearing aids you need to call Connect hearing in Mission Valley and talk to Allison she is the expert in hearing aids and Leslie she is awesome to deal with she will do anything to accommodate you for an appointment I’ve been through four different companies And for different Hearing AIDS. While having the Medicare, they made me buy one hearing aid and get other one for free. That's big NO NO! cause I am not supposed to pay anything with Medicare periods. I visited therr once and never come back again. Dont tell me i have no record ob your list cause I was there 20 years ago and switched over to District Hearing Aids which cost me no dime.

I had a problem. They were there to solve it and repaired it.

Good hearing aids are pricy but worth it to live life fully. Alan and Andy take good care of your hearing aids long after your purchase.

I have a hearing deficit in the spoken voice range. John was able to supply me with the proper hearing aids to help with this problem. What is most commendable is John's outstanding service. He worked with me adjusting my hearing aids on multiple occasions and retested my hearing so that I can now hear most spoken voices well. All at no charge after the initial purchase and I am now some 2 years out. My work requires that I hear and understand everyone who speaks to me. Now I can ! Thank you, John!

I brought my 100-year-old mother-in-law to Costco because she had lost one of her Miracle Ear hearings aids. She hadn't been tht satisfied with them, and I was happy with my previous experience purchasing hearing aids at Costco. Technician Teri took care of us, and she did an excellent job, explaining everything so that Mary understood. When Mary heard that she could get a pair of hearing aids for $1,600, she went ahead and ordered them. In addition to the visit to pick up the hearing aids, we've been back two times for further adjustments, and Teri provided excellent service. She addressed Mary's issues, once again explaining as she went, and by the time we left, Mary was satisfied. She does very little complaining about these hearings aids, compared to the previous pair, and I can tell that she is hearing better. I've recommended this place to several friends--it's nice to be able to share positive outcomes.
