Their staff are very kind and thoughtful! They faxed my hearing checkup report to my family doctor right after the checkup because I had appointment with the doctor at the same afternoon. They save me an extra trip to see the doctor.

Blanche has guided me through 2-sets of hearing aids in the last 8-years. I've worn hearing aids for 40 years now and am quite an 'expert' myself. (Deaf since I was 5-years old). She has been the most pleasant & knowledgeable audiologist I've ever worked with. She is a rare find in that she is absolutely all about the patient. I've referred others to her and they all agree with me. Everyone at the office is kind and patient and they know their way with the complex insurance processes. I'm lucky to have found her as a referral from my ENT, Dr. Gary Miya.

After my mom had a long overdue hearing test, she finally believed us when we told her that she truly couldn't hear, and that she was missing so much life by sitting in silence or straining to just hear a simple conversation.
After she had a hearing test, the Dr had set up an appt here for my mom to get her hearing aid.
Being the highly skeptical person that I am and thinking that I could find it cheaper elsewhere, I did an extensive search online and this is what I found. No place takes Medicare for hearing aids, the senior has to pay for it themselves and even at Costco, the prices, services etc were not better than HI.
We met with Dr. Johnson, a pleasant young woman who spoke directly to my mother and not just to me, as many medical folks who deal with the elderly, tend to do.
She patiently answered all my mom's questions, a couple of time over as a matter of fact and then let her try on a pair to see how they felt and looked. Imagine the look on my mom's face when she saw how tiny they were and that once in the ear, they were only barely noticeable.
I kept telling her that hearing aids no longer were the size of shoe boxes, but you know how it is with family, they don't believe you as much as they believe a stranger.
The customer service that came with the hearing aids themselves was outstanding and if you need help, you can get it via phone during the working hours or 24/7 online. There are free monthly classes given by the local drs themselves and the people that help you online speak English and are very friendly. I had to call regarding a wire that my mom wanted to cut off but the lady who helped us, assured her that plastic wire was there for a reason and not to cut if off (It's there to anchor the aid to your ear and fits into the curve of your ear.)
For both hearing aids, the cost was just under $1000 and well worth every penny. She just put in on her credit card and pays it off monthly...there are other places that charge a bit less but have a payment plan where the interest rate is through the roof.
All in all, an A++++ experience and from there, we went up one floor to get her a FREE phone for the hearing impaired and my review on the wonderful gentleman who helped us there is online as well.
