Excelente atención y cuidado de los pacientes con deficiencia auditiva, incluyendo apoyo total cuando hay necesidad de reparación o cambio de aparatos auditivos. Muy recomendable lugar y agradable atención por parte de quienes ahí laboran, Lily, Lourdes, and Gary !!

They only seemed to want to sell me an expensive hearing aid, I asked for a copy of my hearing test so I could better understand how poor my hearing was. Several months later I called and they said they would send a copy of the test to me. There was no follow up after the test.

I would like to thank you for the services provided by Barbara Parker. A truly professional and dedicated to your company. My wife and have received our hearing aids after Barbara consulted and tested us. I am on my second hearing aid while I still have the first one.My wife obtain edhers recently..Barbara help us to obtain our CaptionCall telephone I will recommend your company and Ms. Parker to who ask for a good hearing aid provider. I was there last week I felt so welcomed

This office is a family business, first appt I went , audiologist was not present, instead the mother of audiologist was there, she told me she did lots of hearing aids with many patient, no need audiologist, He went to play golf. I had both Siemens hearing aids with this office, only lasted 2 n 1/2 years , since the warranties were out, I like to fix them if possible, senior lived on SS, can't afford for new aids. But was told by audiologist I have to pay in advance for repair fee, $200 each. Weither aids could be repairable or not. I called Siemens, the answer was fair, no fee if aids were not fixable, n would returned back to my audiologist. I paid for service n hearing aids. But no service at all. So I went to other audiologist, best one, she didn't charged me any fee at all, aids were not broken , just dirty, need to be cleaned. Aids were back to normal after she cleaned up for me for free. This office is very clean, she cleaned aids with alcohole pads n put clean tissue on table avoid dirt. I was happy I had extra $400 to spend. I've been deaf for about almost 20 years, I went to many audiologists, I went this place because it's closer, cheaper, good advertise from newspaper. totally regret, office hours never opened according to window display 10-4 pm. Office is not clean, all patients have to put on a table without any clean tissue n napkins. Never go back again no matter how cheaper .

Dr Debra Brockway is very knowledgeable and is always very eager to help. The entire staff is very customer focused.

Jeff is on it....He is fun, friendly and quick! He cares about the patients and the audiologists he works with.
