Dr Fritner helped my mother for her hearing aids maybe 1.5 years ago. Then my mother had lost one of her hearing aids so she went in. This doctor told her that my mom was out of insurance and had to repurchase the hearing aid. My mother refused her service and said it was our of her budget. Months later my mother went to a different doctor who told her that her hearing aids are still under warranty and that Dr. Fritner has made the claim and received the hearing aid. I called their office and their reply was yes the hearin aid is sitting her since July and you need to pay $1100 for our services to get it. The insurance told us that is was only $340 for the replacement. This doctor is a lier and a thief. Shame on you. If this hearing aid was in her office since July why hasn't she called the patient to inform her. It is beyond upsetting that my mother has had no hearing aid for months while this doctor has been holding on to her hearing aids. $1100 for one

Very thourough hearing exam. Linda, the audiologist is a pleasure to work with. She is genuinely intersted in my case. She earned my business.

I went to the Costco Hearing Aid Store to have my hearing aid tubes changed out for longer tubes and a pack of batteries. Audra D. was very rude to me. She behaved very unprofessional, like she didn't want to help me. As if I was bothering her. After she changed out my tubes, instead of having me pay for my batteries, she had me wait while she helped another customer who walked up. When I told her that she could have had me pay for my batteries that I told her I wanted to purchase before the other customer arrived, she said "sorry it didn't work out the way I wanted it to." She was very unprofessional! Audra D. should take some customers service classes so she will know how to treat every one with respect.
