My husband and I are sooo happy with this little hearing aide center. Melody is very patient and a great teacher and gives a month of follow up appointments to help my husband learn how to use these wonderful little computers in his ears!! We love the hearing aides and Melody and her staff. I strongly recommend this place.

I purchased hearing aids at another clinic three years ago. I found that I was not completely satisfied with the sound quality of my hearing aids or the service I was receiving. I went to see Dr. Riso and was completely suprised! She explained ways that she could reprogram my current hearing aids to help me hear better. I was happy that I didn't need to purchase new hearing aids. I hear much better now. This office is very professional and helpful.

Janene really listens to you and goes the extra mile to be sure the device is exactly what you need. She is very thorough through the entire process of testing to fitting the aids. Janene is also very caring and patient, a must during this process.

Dr. Grijalva makes the process easy and understandable. She is very personable and approachable; she answers all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The support staff is friendly and efficient!
