The ladies at Connect Hearing Glendale are so nice to my grandma, they treat us like family. I'm amazed at the new hearing aids they have... my grandma is able to hear her phone calls directly on the hearing aids. She is able to hear her tv shows much better. Susie took her time in explaining everything to us. I recommend this clinic.

About a year ago I came in with my mom which is a faithful current customer of this location for an exam and was happy with the services provided to her. About 2 weeks ago I now brought my father in law in for an ear test due to his Drs orders and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service given to us. The young lady at the front counter greeted us before we even walked to the counter and made us feel welcomed. She also offered us help with the new customer forms if needed. She was very sweet and attentive both while we waited to be taken back and when we left the place. (meanwhile I can hear the phone ringing and her confirming future appointments ) wow she can multi-task while keeping a smile Our overall visit was about 1 hour in a half and Bryan went over everything with such detail and most importantly answered every question my father in law had (which can be a whole lot!!!) Bryan's patience and professionalism made the world's difference during the visit. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone in my reach as for my father in law he did not need the ear instruments but I will continue bringing my mother for any maintenance needed.

Very poor customer service. My mom's hearing aid was sent in for repair and promised to be back in a week and now it's been three weeks and they have been very rude whenever they as for status. She finally got it back after 3 1/2 weeks. Was promised callback on status but never got a call back.

I have used Mark's custom ear plugs for years. If they don't fit perfectly, he does it again at no charge. I could not survive without them.

I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with Michelle Bastin and Jared Schindel at Hear USA in Costa Mesa CA!! I had lost the hearing in my left ear and thereby needed to purchase a hearing aid. I had contacted Hear USA in Westminster and they couldn't get me in for nearly 2 weeks, this was just way too long to wait. I contacted Hear USA in Costa Mesa, Jared answered the phone got me an appointment the same day. I was greeted with professionalism and a strong sense of caring from both Jared and Michelle. Michelle took plenty of time to educate me about the hearing aids, ordered the right pair for me and got them within two days. When I went back to pick up my hearing aids, Michelle showed me how to use them, programmed them and downloaded an app to help me adjust the volume via my iphone. I am so happy with my new hearing aids and the amazing service that I received. Jared and Michelle are true assets to the company and I look forward to continue working with them in the future. I had my ear impressions done for in ear monitors by Dr. DeKriek and would highly recommend him. He has done lots of impressions for in ear monitors and knows what they are looking for. The process was simple and the price was great I would highly recommend him!
