I'm super grateful that I found dr. Dr. Nancy at Miracle Ear. I was having problems hearing out of my right ear, and given that I'm only in my 30s I was really worried. I called around to a few local ear clinics to get an idea of the different services and rates. When I called Miracle Ear, I knew right away over the phone that Dr. Nancy was someone who genuinely cared about her patients, and that I could be at ease with entrusting my ears to her. With each visit Dr. Nancy and her staff were friendly and generous with their time in guiding me through the ear exam, helping me to remedy my ear issues, and advising me on caring for my ears going forward. One thing which was really cool was being able to view inside my ears via the live video feed from her device. Being a surfer for over 20 years, I was able to see to what degree my surfer's ear has developed, which has made me more conscientious of being careful with my ears in cold water/weather. I was also stoked on the thorough and detailed free hearing test that she offers. Each ear was tested and then she discussed my results which were charted out. Now I tell all my friends and family about Dr. Nancy's services and for them to go get their free ear exam. I highly recommend anyone who is having ear issues or who may just need a checkup, to give Dr. Nancy a call or to stop by her office in Costa Mesa. Super nice and helpful! Thank you!

If i could give them 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough. The service i received was exceptional to say the least. Eric is very thorough and complete making sure you leave with the best hearing results possible. The office staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Today 12/26/2022 I brought my broken hearing aid into the Costco Cypress,CA hearing aid center. When I called earlier I was given an appointment one hour later at 11 am and by 11:30am the lady at the front desk had repaired the broken aid and cleaned the good aid. To have this rapid repair on the day after Christmas (very busy shopping day) was very impressive. I wanted to call attention to this professional support. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but I hope this review gets to her and her supervisor. I have nothing but good words for the service provided by this Cypress CA hearing aid center.

This place was recommended by my insurance company and I'm very happy they did. The personnel there is great and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure on sales.

Do not see Marcy. She's rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and condescending. She questions and is skeptical about your own experiences and frustrations with hearing loss. You are forced to be your own advocate for hearing aids, even after the test results validate what you have told her. She also is a horrible listener and boastful about her own self and success of being a hearing doctor outside of Costco. Horrible customer service and would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr Shohet has been my ENT DR since 2005. He is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. He takes pride in what he does and he cares for his patients. Thank you Dr Shohet for not allowing me to go deaf!!😎😎😍😍

We are located in S. Florida and made two visits to see Dr. Shohet for an ear problem. His staff in Seal Beach can be described in one word: WONDERFUL. My wife accompanied me on these trips and she was equally impressed, we only visited the Seal Beach location. Dr. Shohet really knows his stuff when it comes to ears. If necessary, there would not be a moments delay in deciding to go back, even through we are thousand of miles away.

My wife had some in-the-ear aids that weren't helping much and when one stopped working we found Accurate Hearing Aids clinic and asked them if they could fix it. The audiologist, Lori, said she could get it fixed for a fee because it was out of warranty. She suggested that my wife take a hearing test and she agreed. Lori showed that her hearing aids, even if fixed, would not improve her hearing much because they were already set to the limit (they were 6 years old). She showed us several types and styles of aids and helped her select the best ones for me within our budget. My wife can now hear!!!! She loves her new hearing aids!!! No more Huh?? Lori and Accurate Hearing Aid Center are simply the best!
