Cheaper than some of the other companies and they don't make you buy a whole hearing aid every 5 years telling you that the life span of a hearing aid is 5 years. Miracle Ear in Cerritos is awesome! The staff is professional, helpful, and very accommodating. They call to remind you of appointments, you can come in anytime you have a problem and they are very flexible with appointment times! German the audiologist even set up the Miracle Ear app on my iPhone for me! Thank you!

The initial journey to adjusting to the hearing aids are both emotional and physical. Maysoun helped me throughout with her understanding and patience. I now look forward to many years of excellent hearing. The Phonak Audeo M90-R is the first real Bluetooth Hearing Aid having stereo streaming in both ears( binaural). It is a Marvel.

I was 7 minutes late with no other patient waiting for 2pm. The 2:30pm was sent in and I was asked to rescheduled at 2:10pm. Rude staff specially the technician, other patient agreed.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years and have been to several vendors. This is the only one that's really helped me. I went here for another hearing test and maybe another set of hearings that will just frustrate me. Well they did the testing and then...they reprogrammed my current set. Oh my! It's been nearly twenty years since I could hear like this? No overwhelming background noise, no feedback, clear conversation. I felt like I'd reached the promised land. I have worn hearing aids for over 10 years and recently switched to Hearing Services West. Their prices are fantastic - so much less than other places. And the service is phenomenal. Lori takes the time to explain this new technology and knows her stuff. Getting an appointment is easy. This new opticon aids are great. Hearing aids make such a difference in my life - I can hear and participate fully. And no one even notices I am wearing them. A big difference is being able to talk on my cell phone with bluetooth. Wow! I highly recommend Hearing Services West!
