Home Builder

This review is about my family’s experience at the decor centre. Dillon provides EXCELLENT customer service and goes above and beyond in assisting us select our decor. He made sure we were completely satisfied with all the decor combos. Dillon fully gives his time and attention to his clients and shows he genuinely cares. I also have to add that Lisa was very warm, friendly, and understanding when providing her services for us when we were finalizing our decor.

I asked Denoble Homes for a quote to build my family a new house via their own website inquiry form. They did not respond. So I phoned them a week later, and the lady told me they hadn't decided whether they were even interested in doing my job or not. Apparently wanting to spend over half a million dollars with them wasn't worth their time to even reply to me one way or the other.

Excellent builder. Great renovations. Personal experience.

Nice condos and well kept building

The team has been amazing, helping me and my family move in. Our 30 day warranty had expired, and I was a bit worried that Mattamy would not come in do minor touch ups on the ceiling. However they came in and still completed the touch ups. I would also say that the quality of build is much better than other builders. Eg, I have a R20 insulation in my basement, which my cousins purchased their property with an R12 rating. And Mattamy does not have any hidden costs. Some builders will not provide minor installation, lie towel racks or paper towel rack. However Mattamy does install them with MOEN brand

Good quality homes to raise your family in. Well planned community.

The commercial tenant spaces are well looked after, great building.

Good service

After driving around you really get a sense of nature here. With world class trails and bike paths you can get lost easily (if your into that). People are very friendly and approachable. Can not wait to live here and settle down as there are plenty of public transportation available and Go trains. These trains also go right to Toronto! Another plus plus is the multi million dollar casino they are building in downtown Picking which is only a ten min ride from new seation. Let the building begin!!

Completely unresponsive to all communication. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, no reply in over two weeks -- and their voicemail now states that it will no longer accept messages. I understand that there may be backorder, and it looks like an excellent product -- but it's impossible to complete a purchase when you can't order online and you can't reach anyone. Hoping someone from Yurta will respond! Edit: Patrick did reach out about a week after this review and was very helpful on the phone. However, the promised followup materials to complete an order never arrived in my email after our conversation. Great people with a great product, but the logistics need to be improved!
