Builds the Best custom homes in city!!! The quality and service is there for sure 100%

Am amicably

I recently closed our home by Hn Homes. It is a gorgeous home. The quality of these home is very superior. What Hn calls standard in a home is and upgrade to most builders in Ottawa. The price may seem overpriced, but the architect (Christopher Simmonds) behind these modern designs is well known and as i'm learning architecture right now. Theses designs should be exemplars to other builders on how living today should be. The customer care is wonderful and you are guided along the way with a wonderful designer and lot coordinator. Thomas is amazing and can answer any questions you have. He is a very honest person! Would 100% recommend this build to anyone looking into buying a new home.

Just completed my purchase with Greene Homes, and despite the negative reviews below, I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences thus far. Starting with the PDI, Melissa and Derek gave me a thorough tour through the home, showing me all the new and high efficiency features of the home. I'm a new home owner and I appreciated the time that they took to make sure that I knew how to care for the home, and get the most out of everything. They provided me with a maintenance and inspection calendar, along with some 'fine swag' (Mugs) that made it feel like they were aiming to impress. I had the home inspected as well, and very minor things were picked up, but overall the home received top grades from the Home inspectors who were impressed with everything in the new build. Also, I've had several tradesmen come by who have commented on the high quality of the installation with the plumbing, gas lines, and ventilation. Anytime I've contacted Greene Homes, they have gotten back to me right away, and have been very helpful. I'll update as I go along in the ownership process, as I still have my 30 days warranty inspection(I just moved in) but I felt the need to post this as there seems to be some negative reviews dragging down what I feel has been a great experience with the builder so far.

Exelente empresa

I have been interacting with Betsy @ Cardel Home Blackstone for the purchase of a house. Betsy is a great person to deal with, always ready to help and provide explanations when needed. We wanted to move to Kanata in the summer of 2019 after the school year is over, and we liked one Quick Possession home that was planned to be available January 2019. Cardel agreed to move the closing date to the beginning of April 2019 instead to accommodate our situation. We finally have a firm agreement to purchase the house, and so far we are happy with the process. I will provide an update after the closing date and after we occupy the house for few months to provide a complete review. Regards, Rifaat

Amazing Staff and customer service

HNHomes is a company created by Urbandale to test new design/features and to create the illusion of choice. They are always cutting the corners … If you want to see the difference please check the foundation specs when you compare the HNHomes vs Urbandale house . All the information are available on the builder’s websites when you select the house of your choice.
