Home Builder

We met with MGM today to have something in our home checked out. They were extremely professional and helpful and I would not hesitate to use them for any future job we have. They did not request payment for their help, so this review was the least I could do. Please provide them with your business. They are extremely trustworthy.

Awful landlords we had our fair share of problems wit them aswell

We had Rodger & Scott Contracting install some hardwood flooring and do assorted remodeling work in the kitchen and bathroom. For the most part we were happy with the job they did though there were a few miscommunications. We received several quotes on the job and chose R&S because they were the lowest bid. They did finish the job pretty much exactly on budget, so that was a huge plus. We were not pleased with their plumbing job under our kitchen sink since there is some leaking and they haven't responded to our attempts to contact them about fixing it, so that is a strike against them. Overall I would say if we had it to do all over again the cost savings were worth the issues we encountered and we would make the same decision.

Tartan homes builds the biggest piles of $hit...horrible subtrades nightmare experience here.

I made a big mistake and went with Tartan. Do not make my mistake.

For a new house, I would expect better communication in a realistic and timely manner. In addition, theres been problem after problem and a seeming disinterest in fixing issues in a new house once someone has moved in. I get that new houses can need adjustments in the first year but no one should have to hunt to hunt you down to take care of these. Take care of your clients throughout the whole new homeownership journey; and certainly don't abandon them once they move in. Your poor customer care speaks volumes about your company and your priorities.
