Home Builder

Nice house.

The worst finishes I’ve seen. Terrible paint my windows leak and the granite guys messed up my sink and they won’t fix it.

Nice neighborhood and nice home.

Great workmanship.

Poor quality. Stay away.

They make promises that can't be kept. Customers have to keep reminding them of the work to be done...no respect for the customer

Good Models, Great staff at the riverside south sales center but dissapointed with the appointment scheduling at the design centre. The designer center is overbooked, so it's hard to get an appointment. In accordance to the contract we were supposed to get it done before 30th of April. However they had 0 availability so they extended us to may. In may they had very limited availability, no weekends except Saturday which is over booked until end of July, nothing on Fridays and very limited availability during the week. It kind sucks if you are doing a course at work and unavailable to take time off or leave early. Very unaccommodating and very disappointing.

We have had the pleasure of working with Omega Homes for the past several years. They are very knowledgeable and organized, putting the necessary time and care into every project from start to finish. We really enjoy working with them!

My husband and I recently purchased a condo as well as a single home from Ashcroft. They are both built with high quality and are spacious properties. Dealing with the staff has been a pleasant experience. Very content with my purchases. Would definitely recommend!

Quality builder & very attractively designed homes

Buyers Beware! Beyond awful after sales care. Terrible construction! On move in day, our house was beyond filthy. Hardwood floors were all scratched and pitted from trades walking on them. The paint job was horrible. Carpets were filthy. Windows are cheap and leak air after just a couple of years. We've been here for 10 years and are still fixing issues that this builder and the trades tried to hide behind the walls. We just had a flood in our family room (destroyed our hardwood floors), water rushed in from the fireplace insert and surround wall. What a mess once we pulled it out and found such shoddy work! The pipes in our laundry room freeze every year, this winter, they finally burst. Just discovered that the wall to the outside was never insulated. No wonder this house is so cold in the winter!! I could go on and on... Save your $$$ and sanity, don't buy Phoenix!!!!

Frank Porcari and Ottawa Carleton Construction built me the most magnificent custom home I've ever seen. I wake up every day feeling lucky to live in such a beautifully built custom home. It's like a dream come true. From the initial concepts, to the architectural drawings to picking the final finishes they did an absolutely extraordinary job. The craftsmanship is so superior to what I could have ever imagined. They have a team of true artisans that take pride and ownership of their work. Frank Porcari helped me make decisions along the way, supervised every step to exacting standards and ensured I was completely and totally happy. Their old school craftsmanship combined with cutting edge technology has left me feeling like I'm living in a dream. My wife and I interviewed 6 custom home builders in Ottawa. We are discerning customers. We have no regrets hiring Frank and his team. Strongly recommended, words cannot express how truly lucky we are to have chosen Ottawa Carleton Construction. Thanks Frank you have left my whole family feeling like we won the lottery. You won't regret hiring Frank and his team!

George was very helpful in coordinating the construction and set-up of our modular home, never tried to sell us things we didn't need, and made relevant suggestions that kept us within our budget. Great experience.

Belle entreprise, entrepreneur généreux, contributeur d'emploi

De très belles et bonnes constructions. des employés minutieux. je n'ai que de bons mots pour Habitations Raymond Allard et le travail qu'ils ont fait pour la maison de ma mère.

Très bon constructeur. Je le recommande.
