Buyer beware. Please do your due diligence when buying direct from Greystone as there are many extra charges that are not included in the original price.
Dealing with the developer is not only difficult but extremely tiresome and undiplomatic at times.
Overall the build seems good but I am giving one star for some of the most disrespectful customer relations I have encountered.

We have discovered a beautiful development in Kemptville called Kempten Crt. Our concern is the lack of visitor parking, hardwood and tile floors, lack of closets (garage entry and linen) broom and vacuum cleaner closet, air conditioning and fireplaces.
Also lack of windows. We know all this can be obtained, but at a cost. Should these necessary additions not be included in the cost of your attached homes???
