We built our home with Deer Run just over 6 years ago and we are still loving our home. Strangers have come to the door to ask who built our home!

We built a rental property with Sorento custom homes. It was a pleasure to work with them. The house is beautiful and rents for top dollar being so well built and beautifully planned. Everything was laid out so we knew exactly what our costs were and most other builder upgrades were included. We hope to do it again in a couple years and will definitely use them.

I bought single family house with CITY HOMES Mccconachie , 6 months ago , they are really amazing builder , i think the price of the house was very reasonable since i checked other builder too, CITY HOMES worked with us until we got the perfect house within our price range , no issue at all , their warranty programme is amazing , something small went wrong , they took care of it immediately , Antonette , sales manager was very nice , she made sure that we got the house we wanted , i would recommend CITY HOMES to everyone anytime . thanks

We decided to have one last visit to the showhome and we met Mwasi at the Solstice at McConachie. What impressed us the most was the fact that Mwasi was willing to listen to what we wanted in our home and tailor a plan to suit our needs. Secound day approach was with Antoinette with her warm welcome, both of the ladies provided some of the best customer service we have ever received and was very patient throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better start with impressions from Mwasi and Antoinette who were truly passionate in their role and outstanding at what they do. After we signed the contracts the pre-start was a breeze but once again impressions took it to the next level by providing us with constant correspondence on the build and updates on each stage. We did not have to chase them at any stage.Mwasi went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed which is very rare these days.  We moved into our property in November and we couldn't be happier. The build quality has exceeded our expectations and the workman ship outstanding. We have had no complaints whatsoever and we cant thank impressions enough. It was wonderful working with people who are passionate about their roles and that made the big difference! Thank you again Mwasi and Antoinette.

I am a former employee of Effect Home Builders. It was a great experience working with the company. They helped support me through the carpentry apprenticeship program and truly care about employee satisfaction, training and safety. It is a close group that has a positive vibe. I am very proud of the homes I helped build while with the company.

Recently I bought brand new home from Trico,I was so happy with quality.Good builder ,Justin and Ali were very professional,knowledgeable good salesperson.in construction area Bill and Jim Cornell were excellent . Thank you!

It's Trico. They do what they do well which is give you a big home for cheap but the other builders in the area (Cedarglen Albi Brookfield etc) are all way better!
