Amazing builder! We have been at our house for 2 years have nothing but good things to say about this builder. Even after 2 years the customer service and the service guys will go out of their way to fix issues that we can't do. Thumbs up Morrison homes!

I cannot express my dissatisfaction with AKASH. Their sales staff were great, but once I took possession it went free falling. Tons of issues. They obviously cost less because they get the cheapest contractors. I have a duplex in Keswick Landing. My neighbor who is attached to me and I have the most disgusting flaking and spalling on our driveways that we didn’t see until February when the snow finally melted a bit. But AKASH blew us off cause we were a couple months out of warranty. How were we supposed to see this damage? And it’s only getting worse. The whole driveway needs to be ripped out and re-done. They can tell me it’s de-icer all they want, I barely used any. Same with my neighbour. There was a problem with the concrete or the work done and they are not standing by their work at all. I strongly recommend finding a better builder than these cheap corner cutters.

Tups are good in these homes

Builder won't come back and deal with warranty discrepencies. I would not reccomend this builder to anyone. They also go by Essential Renovations. We had numerous discprepancies within the 1 year warranty period and the builder kept saying he would come and deal with them, but he never did. We had snow in our attic this winter I showed the builder back in December and still nothing has been done. Now we have had water leak from our master bedroom tub into our kitchen after only being in the house for 1 year and 3 months. Stay away from this builder at all costs. They are currently building another home in Airdrie in Coopers Crossing do not buy it! Builder is not a man of his word, even though he assured us he was.

These homes are gorgeous... we'll finished and constructed. Located next to the river the views never end.
