Don't know how I would have gotten through 3 months of recovery from brain surgery without the help of Home Instead caseworker.

Unexpected and unforeseen circumstances brought me here.My difficult situation was made easier to deal with,I owe the people at Halifax Haven a debt of gratitude.

Couldn’t imagine wanting to work for a company like this one. Had a friend who worked here and it seems as though Management is uneducated about certain matters or just does not care. They allow elders into their facility that are not “independent” and they do not get the care that is needed. They lack staff needed for their dementia unit, and for the population in general. They ignore the problems they have being an independent senior home with a dementia unit in it. Very sad company. Try to avoid. If you like seniors I suggest staying far away from here, as you will just feel horrible going to work everyday when their needs and wants are not met or cared about!
