I did not have a good experience at all. I was threatened by an employee and I was the one who was laid off from my job. I was warned do not complain to management because it will not be a good outcome I experienced this exactly! The food they delivered to the residents was aweful!! The way the cook handled the food made me uncomfortable. Some residence asked me what is this food? I wasn’t sure myself 😖, these people pay a lot of money to live here they are not getting the upper quality food they should be getting.

My husband needs home care on my days that I have to work. They come in from 10 to 12. We are not happy with the service. The office seems to be unorganized. They don't return phone calls. Some workers are afraid of the mop and bucket and the vacuum. Laundry is another story too. Oh my!
