Be very Leary of this long term facility for your loved ones. You won’t always be told the truth about updates on your loved one. Management is dishonest!! Consider putting a camera in your love ones room. I had a loved one there and she passed due to a physical injury that killed her. The previous week she was doing fine when we seen her. When management and staff we’re asked what happened they simply replied don’t know, no witnesses, just ignored us. It was absolutely horrific!! The chief examiner has found reason to believe neglect and has been under investigation by the RCMP and Department of Health. This organization is not trustworthy! If you care about your loved one, don’t leave them here, you may regret it.
