A superb place for the care of loved ones with dementia.

My husband has been a client for just over a year. It has been an absolute nightmare. Have had respite staff sleeping on the couch. Our story is one of poor quality of staff. They want to rush in and out without completely doing there job. Management is a complete joke I have complained several times about no shows no calls about no shows or staff arriving an hour late with no explanation. Poor care and poorly trained staff. That has left my husband with infections. And now a permint disfigurement. Run away as fast as you can. The unfortunate thing is the elderly are being completely taken advantage of. Someone is going to die if serious changes don't happen.

That previous review is not true, I checked with the administrator. No one by that name was a family member there. It is sad when people have to lie about a place that does so much good.

People been sneaking into my apartment besides the landlord. I don't feel safe there and no one told me their is bed bugs.. I do not recommend this place!

Outside hasn’t been renovated in years. Inside could use it too. Feels very dark here

I made sure that i waited to do this review and made sure i was clear headed. My thoughts 8 months after. I will never put a loved one in this facility ever again. I felt like i was bringing an animal to the vet and had it put down. Some of the staff were horrible and would ask questions in front of my mom like " which funeral home would you like her to go to once she dies" My mom was still coherent at this point and it made her incredible sad and confused. my family made sure that she was dressed and comfortable in her own clothing and every time i visited they didn't even have pants on her, she was well aware of this and was completely embarrassed. her stay was only 5 days, due to the fact that my mom was confused one night and wanted to go home. She got up and instead of lightly medicating her, they put her in a full sedation which ultimately killed her I DID NOT GET A PHONE CALL REGARDING THIS. Sedation lasted a couple days I actually walked in on her while they were removing her jewelry. I DID NOT GET A PHONE CALL THAT SHE HAD PASSED. The experience i had was absolutely horrible and heart breaking. I will never bring a loved one here again and i would NOT would i recommend her DR, no bedside manner or respect for the family.

Great care and loving care takers food is good.

Very bad homecare service. Hiring unqualified people and can not train them or don't boder to train the caregivers. The supervisors can not making a good decision neither about their employees nor about the volnurabl cleints who need help. Supervisors always blames vulnerable clients for any thing.

My Nana lives here and it's such a beautiful building.
