I worked for this company as a health care aide, and I left after 3 months when I realized how horrible their communication was between workers, and the clients. the clients are never notified of who will come and at what time, or if anything in the schedule has changed. Meaning clients can never really make plans since the health care aides will also show up whenever they want. they would double book the health care aides and tell them to "make it work" so even though you may be scheduled with the client for 1 hour, you leave early to make it to your next. A lot of other health care aides also just show up whenever they want, and don't notify if they will be late or not. (This is all just stories I heard from clients) Do not put your loved ones at risk and put them in the care of this company!

A small home care company but very reliable. The staff are admirable. I am impressed at the way they do the client-caregiver matching. They are very attentive to their clients thus they maintain a very good client satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
