This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This place has no-one to take messages. Trying to get transportation arranged to get loved ones to specialist appointments etc. is almost impossible. If their residents are in pain, they expect the residents to wait until they get to it. If you have a choice please don't leave your loved ones here. If you don't have a choice - check on your loved ones often. It's time for management to do what they're paid for.

This is the 2nd time we have used Nightingale Homecare for PT services. Our therapist Wendy was so good the first time we requested her for therapy services again. She was professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. The intake staff person was also very timely showing up in our hospital room to make sure therapy would start the next day at home. We appreciate the care Nightingale Homecare provided us.
