Silver kettle Village is owned and operated by GLM who operates a construction company. The lay out of the building is good. The corporation on the other hand is, like most corporations, in it for the money. The result of this is numerous Licensing infractions and stressed staff. The workers are treated poorly by the corporation and this of course affects the quality of care. Very clean staff was grate

The staff hear are always so nice. Especially when i can't be. The doctors always go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Plus the lab is right next door. Dr Mufulu even saw my son when his doctor was booked up for two weeks.

Kevin, our instructor, was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with first aid. He knows the course material extremely well and knows how to teach it so everyone understands. I prefer the St. John course to other companies because this has the right amount of hands on training as well as theory. Other courses spend way too much time on simple practical skills that really just take a minute or two.
