Absolutely terrible place. They are rude to family and residents. They want family to have nothing todo with care. They start fights with outside staff and family. The rooms are gross and they dont always clean the rooms.

My mother has been in this carehome for 2 years now. The staff and management are wonderful and very heartfelt. Very happy with the care my mother receives.

Each meal is made from scratch. Very clean & exceptional care provided!

It was so depressing visiting there... I literally went home and googled Dignitas because after seeing how this "care home" is, that is for sure my preferred choice. Residents who are confused are just roaming the halls with no care workers in site. A woman tried to follow us out and banged on the door as we walked away asking us to take her with us. My grandma was put here because it was determined she needed 24 hour care but it seems like the only care she is getting is being locked in a building. Very very disappointing.

The workers here cross to the mall and back without looking. They will end up here soon in a diaper if they keep that up 🤣
