It's an absolutely amazing facility. The philosophy of Origins is keeping seniors engaged and healthy and the staff do just that very well. The staff are helpful and always friendly. My mother resides in the facility and couldn't be happier. She loves the food, the gym and swimming pool and all the other great activities!!!

After touring several other seniors facilities, I chose Nanaimo Seniors Village. It was an easy decision for me! The location is very handy. Being in North Nanaimo, NSV is convenient to the best malls, my dr's office and the bank. I was especially pleased to find out how bright and welcoming NSV seems as you walk in. Kat, the marketing manager, invited me to lunch in the dining room to sample a meal - delicious! NSV also offers underground parking which is a bonus. AND, a great ocean view from the deck - I'm really looking forward to my move!

Three months ago my aunt was in need of a care home. Upon visiting Woodgrove Manor my family and I knew it was the right place for here. The staff has been amazing since day 1 and we want to thank them for their care and support.

Really good home healthcare when I was healing from my stroke

My 95 year old father with a very failing memory was placed in this facility near the end of Feb/2O18. He will be transferred back closer to his family in Comox shortly. For the time my father was there, he was treated VERY well. He is a talker and craves conversation and not only did I witness attendants and aides and nurses sitting with him from time to time as i came in for a unannounced visit, I also found they 'looked after him' in other sweet and compassionate ways. He has only a few teeth so his meat was cut for him at meals. It was noticed he left the crusts of his bread, sandwiches and toast. After that observation those crusts were cut off for him before they brought him his meals. I and the entire Bieber family were happy and impressed by the level of care the Stanford Facility provided for my father. THANK YOU.

My Husband is being treated with stage 4 prostate bone cancer and ALZ. The caregivers, L.P.N.'s and Nurses are excellent and I was there everyday with my husband helping him and enjoying the interaction with all the hardworking caregivers and staff at Trillium Palliative Care. My husband settled into a excellent routine and was very calm and relaxed immediately. I would personally like to send all of our appreciation to everyone and especially to Dr. Marlene Van Der Weyde and Marie Claire Hopwood as my husband's Palliative Care Doctors. Exceptional care 10/10. Thank you to everyone and will definitely be back there as soon as I can. Thank you to the exceptional Volunteers in the Support Room I miss all of you very dearly. This care facility is a fantastic place for the elderly that need extended care. As well this facility employs my wife and she is very happy to work here with the elderly and is happy with the good benefits and pay.The building is only 4 years old so it is quite nice .

The staff here are truly outstanding! They gave my mom excellent care,Kind,caring,compassion. Powell River should be very proud they have such a place and people!
