I have worked for The Good Care Group for many years. By far they are the best. They not only look after their clients,they also look after their carers and staff. By far they excel themselves 😊 I'm proud to work along side them.

I have partnered with Bluebird Care Islington & Hackney on numerous occasions over the last few years. They have such high standards when recruiting new staff, and the people I have placed with them are always of the highest calibre. If I was looking for care for a loved one, they would be the first people I would contact.

Collingwood court nursing home is a warm and family friendly nursing home with caring and well trained staffs attending to and supporting residents with their holistic care needs. Collingwood court nursing home prioritise on giving the best of evidence practice based care delivery to our residents, focus on their choices and the right to live the rest of their lives with dignity and respect.

Barely anyone there can answer a phone and successfully communicate what needs to happen next aside from when the front desk person works during weekday hours. Do not look away for more than a few days as neglect is bound to happen and they will do everything to ignore you or even get in the defendive rather than act professionally and be accountable when you question it. engaging with the residents is no more than five minutes about food or medication is it. Barely any activities aside from coffee mornings to engage people. It's best for people who don't want to socialise or use theirs minds or emotions.

Best locum agency I have worked for, I am shocked to see back reviews. I have worked with many locum agencies over the years but have never received a service quite like Emergency Personnel. My mum was as happy as you could hope for and the staff care

I would like to WARN anyone who has a loved one and is considering this home as a (safe Place) CARE HOME....my mother is currently staying here and has been left in her own feceous twice ,No basic or personnel hygiene.the CARERS have no empathy or just understanding of the pain relative's feel.very convincing to begin with but very much the opposite.take care of your loved ones. Be warned. X also the response from below is from a prior complaint.
