Wow! I must say everyone should get the chance to experience first hand Retire-At-Home in Waterloo for their high standards as they provide services for people with dementia. I can confidently say they are about team work. I am not sure what others look for, but for me I am looking for people like Michael and Marie who take home health care very seriously as they deliver prompt and customized services for their clients.

My mom has been staying at Elderwood for both rehab & long term care, and they have been terrific. They were very very helpful with the transition and helping us with the financials. They kept us informed through the entire process.

When the school choir went to sing there everyone was really friendly to us and we had so much fun!

My father has lived here for several years. In those years I have never heard an unkind word or action from a single staff member. They are so nice, very professional and very approachable. The programs and activities are also well done. I hope I can retire to a place like this when my time comes.
